I love these sandals and got them in red and and zinc pearl. I had to exchange them for a narrow width as the medium width was just to wide and made my feet feel like they were sliding out of the front of them. Once I got the narrow width they fit perfectly. The heel is also a very comfortable height.

I wanted to love these shoes. The leather is beautiful and I love the medallion. The width seemed okay, but I believe them to run 1/2 size small. The arch seemed in the wrong place on my foot, and the heel was extremely uncomfortable. There was little to no padding and the arch support was not strong. I have a bone spur and the scant heel cushion would have made them impossible to wear. Unfortunately, I had to part with them as a result.

I always wanted Brighton shoes but could never find them in wide. Well, I still haven’t. These shoes are NOT wide. They are beautiful and well made, but I couldn’t even get my foot into them – and all of the wide shoes I’ve ordered on Zappos have been wide enough. I am so disappointed that I have to send them back.

I have a wide foot and my regular size 9W fit perfectly. I purchased the red and it is beautiful. I will buy other colors if it comes back in stock in my size.

The white pair of Brighton Allison is my third pair. I also have red and black. I like the heel height and comfort of these shoes. I find all Brighton shoes as true to size, comfortable and durable.

Wish I could write a fair review on this shoe, but can’t because although the label on the box showed this style, it contained the flip flop style. Apparently someone pulled a switch and Zappos never checked the inventory and got passed off to me. Needless to say I was not happy and called Zappo immediately upon receipt. Nobody returned my call or responded to any of my emails. Returned.
