   Pricey but worth it. This bag shouted beauty and quality from the minute I opened the box. I was puzzled that the Zappos description said “man-made” materials when the Brighton description spoke of natural straw…and when I called Brighton, they also confirmed that the leather was real–as buyers would realize the minute they unpacked this gorgeous bag. I easily fit my everyday carry items into this bag: a slim wallet, keys, iPhone 8 with charger, hard shell glasses case, small brush, pen, calling cards, and checkbook. The many zippered and slip pockets give plenty of options for organization. The strap is fully adjustable–I am 5’4″ tall and have it adjusted for my preferred cross body carry length–but it can be lengthened another six inches, or made a good deal shorter. The dust bag is a plus, as this purse will be stored during the cold-weather months here in NY. Definitely recommended.

   This review is not about the bag. I have been purchasing Brighton bags for years and for the most part I have been pleased. I even have the same bag in leather and love it. This bag arrived in a Zappos box. There was no Brighton box or dust bag. If I had ordered it from Brighton I would have received all those things and paid the same price. I would have returned it but my husband tossed the shipping box. ?

   Almost bought this bag at the Brighton store. It is absolutely beautiful looking and feels great on. The only draw back when compared to the leather Jojo bag were the outside pockets. They did not open as far and it was tough to slip my phone in. Ended up buying the black leather Jojo bag instead.

   I just received this bag and am furious! It arrived missing it’s tags, missing it’s dust bag, with a USED TISSUE AND INK PEN INSIDE. It has clearly been used. When I pay $300 for a bag, I expect it to arrive in new condition. Returning immediately.

   I’m so happy with this purse! It’s very well made with strong leather and surprising soft woven straw. There are lots of interior and exterior pockets too. The size is perfect for “light duty” use with a summer dress for an evening out. I’m taking mine on a trip to Europe as it’s the right size for all the basics, and the style works well with casual clothes and more dressy ones too. This is my 1st Brighton purse, but it wont be my last.
